I had originally booked my back massage pre lockdown week in March. As soon as restrictions were lifted I booked in with Vida treatments and it was the best back massage I had in a long time. Personally being a physiotherapist the pressure was just right and all the strokes appropriate for the body part .The effects lasted much longer than other places I have been to.Appropriate PPE and guidance was followed throughout . Planning on have the back massage as a 6 weekly routine now.Highly recommend Vida Treatments
